PRESS RELEASE: Speed has signed an agreement with Dream Logistics to acquire their 80% of the shares in the subsidiary that offers services in transport management (4PL). The company is based in Mölndal, where a number of experienced employees with Fredrik Krysén at the forefront, since the end of 2018, have built a 4PL company that is expected to have a turnover of just over SEK 100 million in 2022. The remaining 20% of the shares will continue to be owned by CEO Fredrik Krysén.
