PRESS RELEASE: Speed signs an agreement with Profura Gruppen to acquire its subsidiary Scandi Terminal AB. With the acquisition, Speed broadens its logistics offering to include a niche logistics solution for bulk products.
Speed is one of Sweden's largest providers of logistics services, 3PL and 4PL. Now the company is expanding its customer offering further by adding warehousing, transportation and repackaging of bulk products to its portfolio, through the acquisition of Scandi Terminal.

Scandi Terminal, with operations in Stenungssund, has been part of the Profura Group since 2006 and is an important supplier of logistics and material handling to process industry customers.

The takeover will take place on October 1. Scandi Terminal has about 20 employees and had a turnover of just over SEK 40 million in 2021/22.
