Our motivation reads;
At Speed Group, we take immense pride in our journey toward carbon neutrality, with a remarkable 66% reduction in emissions alongside a substantial 60% revenue growth over the past three years. From implementing the Nordics' largest rooftop solar installation to seemingly small changes like adopting foam soap, every initiative contributes to our environmental goals. Our positive eNPS trend reflects the tangible impact on employee satisfaction, and our decentralised sustainability approach ensures its integration into the core of our organization. With the overarching goal of achieving CO2 neutrality by 2025, this holistic commitment has not only enhanced our corporate image but also driven profitability, affirming that sustainability is a cornerstone of our business success.
Since the motivation was written, we have already seen that we reached our climate neutrality goal in 2023. Speed's net emissions for the year were -329 tons of CO2. Something we are incredibly proud of and probably quite alone in the 3PL and logistics industry.
Behind the award is Cupole, a consulting company that helps companies keep up with the present but also gives them the power to grow and develop for the future. At Cupole, they believe that the companies that combine the ability to grow with a concern for both present and future communities are the ones that will shape our tomorrow. And for that reason, it is important to start recognising their work today.
At the gala on April 23, three winners will be announced. Last year, the winners were Husqvarna, Trangia and Tradera. We're keeping our fingers crossed that Speed makes the top three this year!
