Speed bingo wins prize.

We are incredibly proud and happy to have won the Swedish Content Awards 2024 together with our agency Consid in the category Internal Communication for our Speedbingo - part of our internal brand journey! The competition is organized by the Swedish Communications Agencies and yesterday the gala and award ceremony was held.

We have really worked hard with our brand internally during the past year. And we have done it in a different way. One part of this has been ourSpeed Bingo , where we engaged our employees to get to know both Speed and their colleagues a little better in a light-hearted way. So now we are winning prizes for this. What fun!

All employees have been invited to play Speed Bingo. Each bingo game has consisted of nine tiles with different missions, ranging from greeting a colleague you've never said hello to before to understanding Speed's business idea. All missions had a clear link to the brand book and each game ran over a three-week period. After completing the games, prizes were drawn among those who participated, prizes linked to our promise Never Lose Speed.

The purpose of the exercise was to learn about the Speed brand in a light and playful way. To gain a deeper understanding of the description of who we are, what we do and why we do it.

It feels great that the initiative is rewarded and awarded as the best internal communication. This award is proof that creativity and community can create great change - and have a lot of fun along the way!
