Speed acquires Dream Logistics 4PL business.
Speed has signed an agreement with Dream Logistics to acquire their 80% of the shares in the subsidiary that offers transport management services (4PL). The company is based in Mölndal, where a number of experienced employees led by Fredrik Krysén have, since the end of 2018, built a 4PL company that in 2022 is expected to reach a turnover of just over SEK 100 million. The remaining 20% of the shares will continue to be owned by CEO Fredrik Krysén.
