Speed expands successful concept to Stockholm.

Speed is one of Sweden’s largest staffing and recruitment companies. Now the company is expanding its operations by establishing the concept in Stockholm. The aim is to meet the increased demand from customers in the region, especially in electronics industry, where Speed has a strong offer.

Speed has successfully offered services to electronics companies since the start in 2004 from its establishment in Borås, both in terms of staffing, recruitment and training. Now the company is investing heavily and establishing the same concept in Stockholm. The demand is strong for skilled resources, both for temporary needs and more permanent ones, and companies need cutting-edge training for electronics assemblers, repairers and solders.

   “Our many years of experience, have made ur really good at electronics. We have the expertise that customers ask for and long-term relationships with customers in the industry. It’s great to expand and open up operations in Stockholm,” says Madelen Gabrielsson, Head of Electronics at Speed and responsible for Speed’s establishment in Stockholm.

Speed’s logistics operations are already established in Rosersberg, Stockholm. The premises are now being expanded to accommodate staffing and recruitment operations as well as training facilities for soldering and other electronics training.  With a broadened offering, Speed becomes a stronger partner to already existing customers in the region and an attractive choice for new ones.

   “We already have many customers in the Stockholm area and most of them see us more as a partner than a supplier. The response to the fact that we can now offer a broader palette of services is very positive, many customers have been looking forward to this,” says Madelen.
