Logistics must work

In the world of logistics, it’s often the things you don’t notice that matter the most — that goods arrive on time, that warehouse operations run smoothly, that information is accurate and that nothing goes wrong. That’s what we call reliable logistics — and that’s exactly what we deliver at Speed.

For us, reliability and quality are about more than procedures and certifications. It’s about taking responsibility for our customers’ brands, for the people involved in the process and for ensuring that every detail works exactly as it should. That’s why we’ve built a systematic approach to quality, safety and compliance that permeates our entire organisation.

Secure warehousing and logistics - every detail counts

Safe logistics is also about physical security. Our warehouses and terminals are designed to protect both people and goods, whether it’s electronics, pharmaceuticals or seasonal products.

We offer:

  • CCTV and access‑control systems

  • Fire protection and sprinkler systems

  • Temperature‑controlled zones for sensitive goods

  • Full traceability throughout the entire flow

  • Clear procedures for risk management and deviation handling

We also work with continuous improvement, where every deviation is seen as an opportunity to strengthen our processes.

Quality in practice

At Speed, quality isn’t handled in a separate department — it’s part of how we work every day. From the first customer interaction to the final delivery, quality is integrated into every step. We follow standardised processes that ensure our services maintain a consistently high level, regardless of assignment size or complexity.

When something doesn’t go as planned, we see it as a chance to learn. Through clear non‑conformity management procedures, we analyse root causes, take corrective action and improve our ways of working. It’s a culture built on responsibility and continuous development.

We also listen actively to our customers. Regular surveys and follow‑ups give us valuable insights that help us improve. Internally, we conduct audits and improvement projects that drive our development forward — always with the goal of delivering safe, high‑quality logistics. We measure, monitor and improve continuously. That’s how we build trust and long‑term relationships.

Security in every delivery

When you work with Speed, you get more than a logistics solution — you get a 3PL partner who takes responsibility. We combine certified quality, ethical leadership, digital security and physical protection in every assignment.

We know that our customers’ brands are on the line in every delivery. That’s why we do everything we can to make you feel confident — every day, in every flow.

Code of Conduct - our compass for responsibility

Our Code of Conduct forms the foundation for how we act, both internally and externally. It is based on the the UN Global Compact and covers key areas such as human rights, working conditions, environmental responsibility and anti‑corruption.

All Speed employees are included under the Code, and we provide regular training to ensure everyone understands what it means in practice. Our managers have a particular responsibility to lead by example, and we have clear procedures in place for handling any cases of non‑compliance.

Supplier code ensures responsibility throughout the chain

To ensure that our values extend throughout the entire supply chain, we have a dedicated Supplier Code. It outlines our expectations for suppliers regarding ethics, environmental responsibility and working conditions.

We monitor compliance through dialogue, follow‑ups and, when needed, audits. This is how we build long‑term relationships based on mutual trust and responsibility.

Certifications and licenses that ensure real quality

We are proud to be certified according to several international standards. These certifications demonstrate that we work in a structured, transparent and continuously improving way. But for us, certifications are not a goal in themselves — they are tools that help create trust and security.

We are certified in, among others:

  • ISO 9001 – Quality Management
  • ISO 14001 – Environmental Management
  • CTPAT – Customs and Trade Security Certification
  • IPC standards in electronics

In addition, we are approved as an air freight agent and hold customs warehouse status. This enables us to handle sensitive goods, international flows and complex requirements with full traceability and in accordance with all applicable regulations.
