PRESS RELEASE: The industrial company IMI Hydronics expands its collaboration with Speed when it now also signs an agreement on logistics solutions. The company already uses Speed for staffing and recruitment of employees and now chooses to include 3PL services in the assignment. The agreement with Speed gives IMI a more flexible and sustainable logistics solution.
IMI Hydronics in Ljung, just outside Borås, is a global supplier of products and systems for waterborne heating and cooling. The company, which has worked closely with Speed for many years, is now choosing to centralize all outsourced logistics to Speed. The assignment will begin immediately and will be carried out from one of Speed's facilities in Borås.
- We have worked with Speed for many years in terms of personnel, both for staffing and recruitment. Speed is a valuable partner for us and therefore it is very natural for us to now also place all our external warehouse management with them, says Per Andersson, Purchasing at IMI Hydronics. We get a professional partner also on the logistics side that can help us take the next step.
Speed's mission will initially be to receive, repack and store components and then supply IMI's production unit with materials when needed.
