- Employee Spotligth: Lisa - Champion in Logistics and Padel.
Lisa Andersson has always had a drive that takes her far—both at work and on the padel court. As part of our Transport Management team, she ensures smooth transport flows and maximum delivery precision for customers. When the workday ends, she swaps her work clothes for sports gear and chases her next padel title, competing at both national and international levels.
But what makes transport so exciting for someone as competitive as Lisa? And how does she manage to combine her career with high-level sports?
Specialist With a Passion for Logistics.
Lisa’s journey at Speed began back in 2019 when the Transport Management team was just starting out. At that time, there were only three people handling everything from control tower operations and invoicing to customer relations. Her biggest passion outside work is padel, and when she got the chance to run a padel hall, she wanted to try working with her favorite hobby. When the sport faced challenges and she had the opportunity to return to Speed, she didn’t hesitate for a second:
- I really enjoyed working here and saw how Speed had grown while keeping its drive and culture. Coming back was an obvious choice.

TToday, Lisa works on monitoring and optimizing transport flows for one of our major customers. Using real-time monitoring, she and the team can identify potential issues in the supply chain before they become critical. It’s all about analyzing data, staying alert, and quickly finding solutions when something deviates from the plan.
- Transport isn’t just about moving goods from A to B—it’s about creating efficient and cost-effective flows. The best feedback is when the customer notices the difference and trusts that we have everything under control.
Competitive Instinct - All the Way to the World Championships.
There’s no doubt Lisa is competitive. Her sports career started with tennis, taking her to the National Sports High School in Båstad and later to the U.S., where she played college tennis for five years. It was there she learned to balance sports with studies and later work—something that benefits her greatly today.
- I’ve always had to be disciplined and efficient with my time, which I think is a big advantage in working life.
When she first tried padel, it was just for fun—but her competitive instinct quickly took over. Today, Lisa has represented Sweden in both the European and World Championships and continues to chase new titles. Next up: the Nordic Championships.
- It’s amazing to compete at that level and see how the sport is growing.
Perhaps it’s that competitive mindset that makes her so sharp at work—a constant drive to improve, optimize, and stay one step ahead.

Three words about Speed?
When asked to describe Speed in three words, Lisa answers without hesitation: "Fast moves, creativity, and openness."
- We have fun at work while working hard and getting the chance to make an impact. That suits me perfectly!
And since she works at Speed, the question is natural—what’s the fastest thing she’s ever done?
- A lightning visit to the U.S.! I flew across the Atlantic for a 48-hour official visit at a school—and then flew back again.
